Description
Adhesive specially formulated for joining flexible PVC pipes (pipes, valves and fittings) to achieve “cold welding”. Its use is adapted for pipe joints with or without pressure. It can also be used on rigid pipes and fittings.

- Cut the tube at a right angle, bevel the outer ends of the tube at a 15º angle.
- Clean and degrease the surfaces to be glued with a cloth soaked in our cleaning solvent.
- Remove the adhesive before application, then apply a uniform layer in an axial direction with a flat brush on both parts to be glued.
- Carry out the joint without twisting or turning movements, keeping the two parts fixed for a few minutes until the adhesive sets.
- Remove excess adhesive. The adhesive must not be subjected to stress or movement for at least five minutes.
- Wait 24 hours before pressures higher than 1.5 Bar.
Manufactured according to European regulations CE EN14814 (adhesives used for joining components of thermoplastic piping systems for pressurized fluids) and EN 14680 (adhesives used for joining components of thermoplastic piping systems for non-pressurized fluids).
