Online Shipping Return Policy

All returns of items that do not present any justification (cases of damage or errors on our part) must be sent by agency to our facilities with postage paid and the material will suffer a deduction of 15% from the purchase amount.

There are also a number of items that cannot be returned. (Check before purchasing).

Supply of Materials

• Once the material has been placed or installed, it cannot be returned. The supervision of a technician or representative of the manufacturer will be required to analyze any possible claims.
• The manufacturer and, subsidiarily, the distributor, are not responsible for material that was installed with anomalies that were perceptible to the naked eye.
• The customer, or the person delegated by him to receive the merchandise, must check it at the time of receipt to detect possible incidents in it, and notify it on the delivery note or invoice.
• The supply of materials through our logistics will be charged to the customer depending on the distance or amount of the order.

Money Back Guarantee

• Returns of goods will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery and sale in accordance with Law 47/2002 (Art. 44.1). To do so, said goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, as well as being accompanied by an invoice or delivery note.
• In the event that the purchased material is custom-made, or is not usually in stock in our warehouse, the customer who requires the return must pay the management, handling and shipping costs, which vary depending on the supplier and must be consulted.
• For the payment of invoices, it will be done in the same way as the payment was made.

Method of payment

• The customer must pay at least half of the amount of the goods ordered at the time of placing the order.
• In accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD we inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed by TUBERÍAS DEL SUR, SL (B-11349032).
• The purpose of data processing is to manage the provision of our services. Your data will be kept for the period of limitation of legal responsibilities. If you consider that there is any violation of your rights, you can file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
