Industrial Blansol presents its new RAYPER System, based on expansion ring technology, for the conduction of hot and cold water in plumbing, heating and air conditioning installations. The expansion ring technology is based on the great elasticity of PEX-a pipes that, after expansion, and thanks to their plastic memory, contract until they recover their initial dimensions, pressing on the body of the accessory, so that a secure and long-lasting connection is achieved, without the need to use gaskets and with a greater water flow than with
other joining systems.

Plastic Rings
The use of plastic rings, made from special polymers and injection moulded, allows us to offer you greater dimensional accuracy in the rings, which together with a stop system facilitate the assembly work. The rings are available in 3 colours of your choice (red, blue and white), so that you can easily identify the pipe networks.

The RAYPER system uses polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) for the manufacture of the bodies of the fittings in the tube-tube joints and European brass of the highest quality (CW617N) for the threaded joints, which complies with the health legislation of the most demanding countries in the European Union.
