DESCRIPTION

The tube called WESTER COMPACT is a circular section duct made entirely of aluminium.
The diameter range covered by this duct ranges from 80 to 500 mm. It is a so-called flexible duct due to its ability to deform both in section and length, which it can achieve without losing its main operating characteristics.
APPLICATIONS

The applications to which it is mainly intended are: gas outlet from wall-mounted gas boilers (except for condensing boilers), low-pressure water heaters, kitchen hoods, dryers, controlled mechanical ventilation, conditioning of rooms with air conditioning or heat pumps, dust extraction, etc.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The duct is manufactured from a strip of aluminium, which is formed with longitudinal grooves and then rolled into a helix. The type of connection between the helices is a double seaming, which is then subjected to a subsequent flattening to achieve greater rigidity and tightness. With this manufacturing process, what is achieved is that the tube does not leak along its entire length (5 metres).

Compressed tube lengths:
• 5 meter tube compressed to 1 meter (80 ? Ø ? 225 mm).
• 5-meter tube compressed to 1.25 meters (250 ? Ø ? 350 mm).
• 5-meter tube compressed to 1.5 meters (400 ? Ø ? 500 mm).
