Single band stainless steel collar with two 20cm long bolts.
Suitable for repairing water and gas pipes (Note: Only for gas pipes outside buildings).
Our stainless steel clamps are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and are suitable for the fast and long-lasting repair of breaks, fissures and pores in pipes. In areas where superior resistance is required (water treatment plants, chemical industries, high concentration of chlorine) we offer the Maxi in AISI 316 stainless steel.
The bolts are welded to the clamp, so only the lock moves. This means that no elements of the clamp need to be moved during assembly. This means that no parts can be lost during installation.
All products come with an EPDM seal for water (KTW approved) as standard, but can be supplied with NBR rubber for gas (tested according to DIN DVGW) or Viton on request.
Suitable for:
Steel pipes, cast iron pipes, ductile iron pipes, asbestos cement pipes, PE pipes and PVC pipes (the last two only for water)
Temperatures:
Water up to 90 °C, gas –5ºC to +50 °C
