Our nipple design is a sawtooth profile that ensures a perfect fit and seal between the fitting and the pipe.
Thanks to the optimal machining process and the beveling of the nipple, we achieve a perfect transition of water from the tube to the accessory, reducing pressure losses and sediments.
In our accessories we mount high compression EPDM 70% peroxide O-rings, manufactured according to UNE EN 681-1 and UNE EN 682-2, which guarantees perfect sealing, suitable for food use according to DVGW W270.
Made of polypropylene, it prevents the formation of galvanic pairs that could appear between the aluminium of the pipe and the brass. It also keeps the sleeve fixed when the pipe is inserted comfortably for pressing.
Designed for mechanical compression and manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, marked with the diameter and thickness of the pipe.
To check that the tube is correctly installed up to its stop, the socket has three optical sights.
