Description
Slow-drying PVC glue for joining rigid PVC pipe components (pipes, valves and fittings) to achieve a “cold weld”. Its use is adapted for pipe joints with or without pressure. The resulting chemical weld has as much or more resistance than the pipe itself.

- Cut the tube at a right angle, bevel the outer ends of the tube at a 15º angle.
- Clean and degrease the surfaces to be glued with a cloth soaked in our cleaning solvent.
- Remove the adhesive before application, then apply a uniform layer in an axial direction with an applicator on both parts to be glued.
- Carry out the joint without twisting or turning, holding the two parts in place for a few minutes until the adhesive has set. Remove excess adhesive.
- The adhesive must not be subjected to stress or movement for at least five minutes. Wait 24 hours before applying pressures greater than 1.5 bar.
Manufactured according to European regulations CE EN14814 (adhesives used for joining components of thermoplastic piping systems for pressurized fluids) and EN 14680 (adhesives used for joining components of thermoplastic piping systems for non-pressurized fluids).
