Fast cold repair welding
Pattex Nural 27 is a fast (5 minutes) cold repair weld with great resistance, specially formulated for bonding and repairing metals. It has a grey finish. In addition, it does not contain solvents and does not alter its volume when hardened.
You have 4 minutes to mix and apply the product and 15 minutes to handle it. After 1 hour it will have reached its maximum hardening, with a resistance of 100kg/cm2.
It is resistant to shear stress, extreme temperatures and liquids such as water, oil and common solvents. It is also resistant to dilute acids and alkalis.
Bonds to iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome-plated steel, nickel-plated steel, aluminium, copper, brass, tin and lead. Also suitable for glass, crystal, fibreglass, plastics, wood, marble, cement and asbestos.
Once hardened, it can be sanded, polished, treated, machined and painted. It is ideal for sealing cracks and leaks in pipes, tanks and metal parts. Special high-strength welding for bonding and repairing metals in just 5 minutes.
