SANICUBIC 2 CLASSIC PUMPING STATION

SANICUBIC 2 Classic is a general pumping station designed to evacuate wastewater from a single-family home or commercial premises.

It can receive water from several bathrooms and/or kitchens equipped with all kinds of sanitary appliances: toilets, urinals, showers, bathtubs, washbasins, sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. It has been developed to withstand intensive use and significant flow rates. Its installation is simple, it can be installed directly on the floor, it only requires a 220 V electrical outlet and to connect the evacuation pipe.

The device is made up of 2 powerful motors of 1,500 W each that can raise water up to 14 meters high or 110 meters away. These motors have a blade system SANITRIT stainless steel that optimally dilute effluents and paper waste.

It works with an automatic start system that starts the motors by means of a microswitch system: when entering the pump tank, the waste water displaces the air inside a detector, which starts the motor.

The engines of the SANICUBIC 2 Classic They work intelligently: either alternating at each start, or in pairs if a large flow suddenly comes in. This dual-motor system provides greater safety: in the event that one motor is damaged by a foreign body, the device can continue to work with only one motor while the other is being repaired. This way, service is never interrupted. This device has an IP68 protection rating, which guarantees watertightness and allows it to withstand temporary immersion. It also prevents odours from being released.

SANICUBIC 2 Classic It is supplied with a monitoring panel that indicates which motor is running, whether the appliance is under voltage or if there is a problem with a motor. This panel communicates with the appliance by cable.

This pumping station has 5 multi-diameter inlets: 2 inlets on the sides and 3 others on the top of the device. Pipes with a diameter of 40 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm or 110 mm can be connected. SANICUBIC 2 Classic It is designed to withstand water temperatures of up to 70ºC and intensive use.

Waste water is evacuated through a 50 mm diameter pipe. The drainage elbow supplied is pre-equipped with a non-return valve. For an optimal installation, we recommend installing shut-off valves on both the inlet and outlet pipes. It is essential that the appliance is ventilated.
